01Description of the service
Kairex is a mobile app that analyzes your Apple Health / Health Connect and optional Strava data to provide a readiness score, muscle-group recovery estimates, and personalized workout and supplement suggestions.

The content, suggestions and scores provided by Kairex (including the readiness score, supplement suggestions and workout plans) are for information and general wellness purposes only; they do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or professional medical/nutrition advice.
Always consult a doctor or a qualified health professional before taking any supplement, starting a workout program or making a decision about your existing health condition. Kairex cannot be held responsible for health outcomes that may result from following the suggestions in the App. If you are under 18 or have a known health problem, it is recommended that you get an adult's or doctor's approval before using the App.
03Account creation and responsibilities
When you create an account you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information (especially your password) and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account you must contact us immediately.
04Fees
Kairex is provided free of charge: there is no fee to download or use the App, and it contains no paid features or subscriptions.
- If paid features or subscriptions are added in the future, their name, duration (including automatic renewal terms, if any) and current price will be shown clearly on the purchase screen before you buy, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
05Right of withdrawal
Because Kairex is provided free of charge, no fee is charged for this service, and therefore no refund arises under the right of withdrawal. If a paid feature is added, the right of withdrawal and refund conditions will be stated separately before purchase. Under Türkiye's Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly. Starting to use the App means you consent to the immediate start of performance of the service. This does not remove your refund requests under store policies.
06Third-party services
The App works together with third-party services such as Apple Health, Health Connect, Strava and Firebase (Google). When you use these services, the relevant provider's own terms of use and privacy policy also apply. Kairex cannot be held responsible for the interruption, change or termination of these services.
07Intellectual property
The intellectual property rights in all design, code, brand (including the Kairex name and logo), text and images in the App belong to Kairex / Göktuğ Efe Madran. You may not copy the App, reverse engineer it or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
08User content
The data you enter into the App (workout records, goals, etc.) belongs to you. You allow us to process this data in order to provide the service to you; see the Privacy Policy for details.
09Prohibited use
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes others' rights, or in a way that threatens the security and integrity of the service (for example attempts at unauthorized access, reverse engineering or automated abuse).
10Termination
If you violate these Terms we may suspend or terminate your account. You can request deletion of your account at any time from within the app.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kairex cannot be held responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the App. The App is provided "as is"; it is not guaranteed to work without interruption or errors.
12Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes we will notify you by in-app notice or email. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the current Terms.
13Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, within the relevant monetary limits, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court where you reside. For all other disputes the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir are competent.
